Build 4048 ‘Hurricane Ridge’

This is a minor release for Hurricane Ridge which fixes various bugs.

Features

• 2D View now supports zooming and shows exact cell data for pixel-level inspection

Bugfixes

• Parameter dialogs are now bounded to the screen size and will not appear offscreen on small screen sizes
• Fixed bug in Select Slope where left and right edges had incorrect masks
• Fixed bug where old Layout Generator version was not generating identical output with breakup
• Moved “carve through ignored lakes” to river grouping in Create Water where it belongs
• Fixed accidental slider adjustment when wheel-scrolling on parameter settings
• Export Terrain Files dialog now updates device status when a build happens in the background (no longer asks for rebuilds)
• 2D View shows the least surprising data when viewing a scene or overlay
• Allocation cache now zeros memory before re-use. This should not affect any normal functionality but is helpful for error tracing.
